About The project
Uniskai is the most comprehensive AI-powered multi-cloud platform that helps organizations reduce their cloud costs by up to 75%. As a SaaS B2B platform, it offers a full suite of cloud management and cost optimization for businesses.
Challenges
Redesigning a legacy SaaS platform required modernizing the UI and improving the UX while ensuring a smooth transition for existing users. The challenge was to implement a new interface without disrupting established workflows, making incremental improvements that enhanced usability without overwhelming users. Additionally, the project involved creating a UI Kit, comprehensive design documentation, and introducing new features to optimize the overall platform experience.
What was done
Created a completely new UI with enhanced UX. Developed a light & dark theme UI Kit for consistency and scalability.
Designed and successfully implemented new features to enhance platform functionality. Conducted interviews and usability tests to validate design decisions.
Worked closely with Development, QA, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation and introduced clear documentation templates for internal use.
